Return Policy

Please follow the steps below to return your item, this will only be accepted within seven days from the date of delivery.

1. Contact us by email to let us know you want to return your item.

2. Ensure the item is appropriately packed to ensure no damage in transit.

3. We would recommend the items are sent by recorded service with proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost. If an item is not received by us and you do not have proof of postage then we reserve the right to make you responsible for the original order value.

4. If a return is refused we will send the item back to you.

5. We do not accept returns on any items made to order.

6. Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are final sale and will not be refunded.
